My last case at Leicester Crown Court was an appeal following his owner’s conviction for having a dog “dangerously out of control” under Section 3 of the Dangerous Dogs Act. Bruno was due to be destroyed. Following my behavioural assessment and Expert Witness Report and great work by the legal team, the appeal was allowed and Bruno could go home!
